29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The user shall see that all nameplates and markings are in place and are maintained in a legible condition. Job site located at 4600 2nd Ave., Kearney, NE 68848-Employees were allowed to use TMC Forklift #25 and were exposed to the hazard of not knowing how much weight the forklift could handle safely. The information plate of the lift was not in a legible condition at the time of the inspection.
