29 CFR 1910.151(c): The emploeyr did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials. Employee(s) adding water to the batteries of the electric forklifts and scissor lifts were not provided an eyewash station in the work area which provides 15 minutes of continual water flow. Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the hazardous chemical contained therein and appropriate hazard warnings. Secondary rubbing alcohol bottles were labeled with only the name of the chemical contained without identifying the hazards of said chemical. Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
