29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor was not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored. At the job site located 615 Springfield Drive, Wentzville MO the employer did not have a monitor on the same level as the employees exposed to fall hazards from the roof. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.
