29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts exposed to employee contact: a) Lobby area at the utility divider; On or about February 24, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an energized 120 Volt/20 Amp duplex receptacle without a cover was being utilized by other subcotractor's employees for providing power to miscellaneous portable power tools via extension cords. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
