This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.      Gromex Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312320054, citation 1, item 3, issued on August 26, 2008 and became final order on or about September 9, 2008.
