29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface shall be protected from tripping in or stepping intoor through holes (including skylights) by covers. a. In Area C of the first floor where general trades workers were performing work such as preparing for steel to be erected, floor holes were not covered to protect employees woring in the area thereby exposing them to a trip/fall hazard. b. On the first floor beside the music room wal, there was an uncovered floor hole thereby exposing workers in the area to a trip/fall hazard.l
