29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically and maintained in accordance with Maintenance and Use of Portable Fire Extinguishers, NFPA No. 10A-1970: At the worksite located at the Lang Unit Production Facility on FM 2505 in Wilson County, on or about February 22, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were pumping combustible diesel fuel from a truck-mounted tank to equipment such as John Deere backhoe loader(s) and the Amerex ABC fire extinguisher provided for employee use was in poor condition, was missing the pin, and was last inspected more than one year ago (November 2010).
