29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lamp holders or other electrical parts: (a) On 3/1/2012, in the kitchen area where carts are sprayed down, the water-protective cover for the plug-in receptacle located on the wall was damaged and would not properly seal, potentially exposing the receptacle to water mist. No Abatement Certification or Documentation is required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: (a) Various chemical products used and stored in the maintenance area were not included in the company's chemical inventory list. The chemicals include, but are not limited to: * Ecolab stainless steel clean, containing liquified petroleum gas; * Ace paint thinner, containing Stoddard Solvent and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene; * and, Miniwax polyurethane, containing Stoddard Solvent. No Abatement Certification or Documentation is required.
