Employees of the contractor had not been required to successfully compete a comprehensive operator training course. On or about 02/24/2012. The cited standard is incorporated by 1926.602(d). NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
