The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards,shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. Sheet Metal Press Area: a) The point of operation on the American Broach and Machine Company two ton hydraulic broaching machine, type V-1-2, serial #4000, was not equipped with point of operation safeguarding. b) The point of operation on the denison HydrOilic Multipress, model MC01 A01 All, was not equipped with point of operation safeguarding.
