These cords were to be used to power the Homelite Blower Vac and the Power Finish Alabado Circular Saw.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities six (6) feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a/  At the job site, employee(s) were removing pre-existing roofing material from a home.  The roof's slope was measured at approximately 24 degrees from the horizontal or 4:2.  The ground to eave height was measured at approximately nine feet.  No form of conventional or in the alternative fall protection was in place.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):     Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder���s length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    a/  At the job site, the side rails belonging to a portable extension ladder extended beyond the rake of the roof by approximately one foot.
