29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms and were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. On or about February 24, 2012, employees were using a rough terrain forklift to elevate personnel framing the Texaco under construction using a makeshift platform of particle board, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
