29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrails systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plani which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. (a) On or about 03/05/2012 at 127 College Place, Staten Island, NY 10304: Employees installing Timberline roofing on 6/12 pitch and 10/12 pitched roof with an eave heights of approximately 8' and 20' were not provided a fall protection system. Andrew S. Contracting Inc., was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313982639, Citation #1, Item #2, issued on 10/08/2010 with respect to a work place located at 8 Waterside Parkway, Staten Island, NY 10308-5529 and became a final order on 10/27/2010.
