The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.    a) On or about 3/07/12 in the Production area; guarding on the the west and south side of the IMAS I-42 is blue plastic sheeting  exposing employees to struck by hazards as a result of broken tooling.     b) On or about 3/07/12 in the Production area;  the north side of the operator station on IMAS I-41 is guarded by blue plastic sheeting exposing employees to struck by hazards of broken tooling and cooling spray.      c) On or about 3/07/12 in the basement of the Office Building: the four windows on the east side of the Liberty machine, I-27 is guarded by black plastic exposing employees to struck by hazards as a result of broken tooling.
