29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: On the storag loft, next to the wood ladder leading up to the storage loft, there was no guard rail between the ladder and the end of the storage loft. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.27(b)(1)(ii): The distance between rungs of ladders exceeded 12 inches and were not uniform throughout the ladder: On the ladder leading to the storage loft, next to the soldering area, the first step was approximately 33 inches above floor level and the rest of the steps were approximately 16 inches apart. On the ladder leading to the storage loft, next to the soldering area, the distance between the rung and the wall behind the ladder was approximately 2 1/4 inches.
