29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a) Linden Associated Auto Parts - Linden, NJ site: 1) Building C/ Rear loading area - Emergency exit door blocked by vegetation and eroded dirt. 2) 310 Elizabeth Ave./ Rear loading - Emergency exit door blocked by shop vacuum, an extension ladder and other stored materials. 3) 325 Pennsylvania Ave./Flammable Storage area - Emergency exit door was warped and weathered closed. Condition noted on or about 3/8/2012.
