29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):  Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:      On and before 02/22/2012 the exit door, located in the main warehouse area was secured by a chain and lock. The secured exit is the primary door used by employees who work in the area, and has the potential to delay employee access to the exit discharge in the event of a fire or other emergency.
