29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer shall provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coating, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities shall be in near proximity to the worksite and shall be so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances. a) At the worksite, the employer did not ensure that adequate washing facilities was provided for employees working with portland cement.

29 CFR 1926.850(a): Prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations, an engineering survey shall be made, by a competent person, of the structure to determine the condition of the framing, floors, and walls, and possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure. Any adjacent structure where employees may be exposed shall also be similarly checked. The employer shall have in writing evidence that such a survey has been performed. a) At the worksite, the employer did not ensure that an engineering survey and/or a demolition plan in writing, had been developed and implemented, before allowing employees to perform demoiltion task, thereby exposing employees to a potential cauht-in/struck-by hazard.
