29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes(including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around suchholes. Job site locatd at 209 S 1st Street, Nebraska City, NE 68410-The employer allowed employees to be exposed to a fall of 7 feet while working on or near a walking/working surface with holes or openings that were not covered properly. The employer covered the opening properly and secured the covering.
