29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1):     Examination. The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazardsthat are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the followingconsiderations:    Job site located at 820 Goodhue Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68501-Industrial fans at the site were used where the ground prong had been removed from the plug.  The hazard was corrected while CSHO was on the site by removing the fans from the site.
