29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrailsystems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about March 9, 2012 The ends of the scaffold were not guarded while employees laid brick on the ends of the building and were espoed to a 20 foot fall.
