29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a.) Chrysler Group, LLC located at 4400 Chrysler Dr. Toledo, OH 43608; On or about March 12, 2012, the employer did not assure employees operating forklifts kept a clear view of the path of travel. Employees were exposed to struck by and crush hazards while bulldozing parts storage containers containing parts including, but not limited to side quarter panels, consoles, and trim kits, stacked 16 feet high at the 3D Dock. Chrysler Group, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(n)(6), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311601611, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2009, and also Inspection number 309446102, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 18, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at 4400 Chrysler Dr. Toledo, OH.
