The employer by-passed the interlocking door guarding device on the following CNC milling machines; 1. Nakamura horizontal CNC milling machine, Machine A 2. Nakamura horizontal CNC milling machine, Machine B 3. Nakamura horizontal CNC milling machine, Machine C 4. Nakamura horizontal CNC milling machine, Machine D 5.
