29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):     Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1):    (a) Conduit running under the conveyor system in the dry line building near the rip saw was not anchored to prevent movement and damage.  The conduit had come apart leaving the wires exposed to damage, and did not provide the protection required by (ii) and (viii);    (b) Conduit running outside below the debarker was not adequately supported and not located to prevent being struck and damaged.  The conduit had come apart and cut into the wires exposing the copper to the environment.  The conduit had been struck and bent in more than one location, and did not provide the protection required by (ii) and (viii);      (c) Conduit going to the refrigerator in the break room had seperated exposing the wires to damage, and did not provide the protection required by (ii) and (viii);      (d) Seal tite lines were 15 feet in length, longer than the 6' allowed by the National Electrical Code.  The added length created pressure on the 90 degree connect causing the seal tite to seperate and exposing the wiring to damage, and did not provide the protection required by (ii) and (viii);
