29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit must be clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit." a) On March 2, 2012 in the Shipping Dock area of the facility located at 1901 S. St. Louis Street in Concordia, MO, employees were exposed to hazards associated with restricted emergency evacuation in that the emergency exit door from the area was not marked with an "Exit" sign. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
