29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) 2250 Lower Lake Road, St. Joseph, Missouri: The air cylinder machine that seals the SSR cup to the flashing had an opening in the guard when it was in the up position allowing the employee to place his hand in the point of operation. On or about January 3, 2012, an employee was injured when the employee activated the press with one hand and had their other hand in the press.
