Compressed Helium gas cylinders were stored along the walls of exit route to the rear door. and were not supported to prevent them form being knocked over, on or about 03/13/12.      b) At the facility, 70-09 45th Ave., Woodside, N.Y. - Bathroom. Compressed helium gas cylinders were stored in the bathroom.     The compressed gas cylinders were not supported to prevent them form being knocked over, on or about 03/13/12.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

On a daily basis employees pour / transfer, transport and use products such as, but not limited to, inks for printing and rubber products, paints, thinners, permanent adhesives, photo emulsions, and acetone to manufacture pinatas and other custom made party items, and/or to embellish / personalize pre-manufactured items. These products contain hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to vinyl acetate, toluene, methanol, 2,2 dimethyoxypropane, naphtha, epoxy resin, butylglycolacetate, isobutyl acetate, butoxyethanol, propane, and acetone.  The employer did not perform a written hazard assessment on or about 03/13/12.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
