29 CFR 1910.101(b): Section 3.4.4, Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, as adopted by 20 CFR 1910.101(b): The employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over: a) At the facility 111-11 Roosevelt Ave., Corona, N.Y. - Center of the retail store. Compressed helium gas cylinders were against a merchandise display frame and were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over, on or about 03/13/12. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
