29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):    a) On or about March 14, 2012, and at times prior, doors which could be mistaken for exits were not marked as "Not an Exit" or identified by their acutal purpose.  One door was located along the northeast wall of the showroom floor, and two other doors were located in the maintenance shop.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    a) On or about March 14, 2012, and at times prior, employees in the area of the furnace room were exposed to electrical hazards where two holes in a four hole outlet box where left open and not fillled by installing an outlet or using a blank:     b) On or about March 14, 2012, and at times prior, employees in the Dyno Room area of the maintenance shop were exposed to electrical hazards where an outlet on the south wall did not have a cover.
