29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: On or about 3/14/12 at housing project located at 205-405 Mount Hope Avenue, Rochester, NewYork; employees painting on the second floor were using an extension cord to supply power to the paint sprayer. The extension cord was damaged, the molded end was pulled away from the jacket exposing the conductors. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
