29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On March 08, 2012, at a jobsite located at 3325 W 76th Country Blvd, Branson, MO., An employee engaged in repair activities for an overhead Fiber Optic Line, was not wearing a fall protection system while working from an elevated Aerial Lift. As a result, the employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 20- 25 feet to the concrete surface below. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
