29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On March 07, 2012, at a jobsite located at 1442 Kearney St., Springfield, MO., An employee engaged in repair activities for an overhead parking lot light, was not wearing a fall protection system while working from an elevated Aerial Lift. As a result, the employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approx. 23 feet 10 inches to the concrete surface below. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
