On or about 28 February 2012, at the Golden Living Center at 1405 East Hwy 136, Albany, Missouri, the workplace written hazard communication program did not contain a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the facility, the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks, or how the criteria specified in 29CFR1910.1200(f)-(h) will be met.
