29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:       On or about 03/15/12. At the Priority Ro-Ro shops area, at Isla Grande Terminal, San Juan, PR. The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program to ensure material safety data sheets availability and portable containers identity labeling when products were used and/or handled during the following operations:     a. At the tire shop area. Employees used and/or handled H-7 Industrial Cleaner/Degreaser product during tire repair operations.      b. At maintenance shop area. Employees used and/or handled compressed gases such as oxygen and acetylene during trucks' chassis repair/welding operations.     c. At maintenance shop area. Employees used and/or handled Lincoln Electric welding rods compressed during trucks' chassis repair/welding/cutting operations.      NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance.
