29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about 03/16/12 during the siding of a residential home, the employer did not ensure that when an employee was using a ladder jack scaffold he was protected from a fall of approximately 13.7 feet; by using fall protection systems/devices.
