On March 9, 2012 at the job site located at 2715 W. 76 Country Blvd. in Branson, MO, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard in that the employee was working in an area below where another employee was performing debris removal and the lower level employee did not have head protection (hard hat). Abatement certification is not required for this violation.
