29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders shall be used only on stable and level surfaces unless secured to prevent accidental displacement: On March 1, 2012, and at times prior thereto, at the job site located at 602 Jack Lambert Drive Apt. D,E,F, & G, Sweetwater, Texas 79556. Employee ascending and descending to and from the double plate/ceiling joist using ladder that was not erected on a flat stable surface. This condition exposed employee to potential fall hazard.
