Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) ormore above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrestsystems.    On 14 March, 2012 at the job site located at the Best Western Center Point in Branson, MO employees were exposed to fall from height hazards in that  they were performing roofing activities on roof structure approximately 16 feet above ground level without the use of an approved fall protection system.
