29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On or about March 20, 2012, and times prior to that date, for the employees installing shingles on a low-sloped roof and exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 18 feet located at 4003 Brookline Drive, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.    Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313899882, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 21, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5601 Hamlock Drive, Sioux Falls, SD.
