OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: (a) On or about 03/10/12 an employee was exposed to fall hazards while standing on the guardrail of a Genie GS-1930 scissor lift while performing demolition work at 123 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 070995, aka Starbucks, 1st. floor, Woodbridge Mall. a) On or about 03/10/12 at 123 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095, 1st. Floor, Woodbridge Mall, Starbucks an employee was working on and from a Genie GS-1930 scissor lift, standing on the midrail, lost his balance and fell to the floor below.
