On or about 3/20/12, for employees exposed to radiation when transporting bins containing radioactive material and storing them in trailers awaiting for the radiation to dissipate. In addition, the employer did not provide training on the following: hazards associated with radioactive material, the units the radiation detector uses, and what the readings mean.
