29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:      (a) At Lot 11, Block 8, Municipality of Tamuning, Guam on or about March 2, 2012, wooden forms and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, were not kept cleared from working and walking areas around the two-story residential home. Wooden forms and other debris were piled up against a ramp used by employees to access the front entrance of the house.
