29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On March 9, 2012 at the job site located along Highway 76 adjacent to the Branson Express Inn (1325 Hwy 76) in Branson, MO, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards in that they were installing new fiber optic cable from truck mounted personell buckets without using fall protection as required by the standard. Abatement certification is not required for this violation.
