29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they were not  packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:    (a) In the P Way, Frame 1-220-3-1on or about March 21, 2012, and at times prior thereto, respirators were stored in zip lock bags with holes in the bags.  The zip lock bags were contaminated with dust and were store in a canvas bag that contained tools.  New zip lock bags were not available onboard.
