29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:      (a) Electrical Room, Outpatient Primary Care Center (OPCC), 2nd Floor Southwest corner: Electrical Pnaels LP2, DP2, L2A, and H2 were blcoked by patient care medical equipment and employee lockers. Access to the electrical room was gained by a combination lock where employees on the 2nd floor had access to the key codeand the room was being used for storage of equipment and as a locker room.
