29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 03/21/12 at 55 Blackhorse Court, Staten Island, NY 10306 CSHO observed two men installing and repairing new roofing membrane on new balconies with no fall protection system in place.
