29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided; T. Marzetti Company - Allen Division, 1709 Frank Road, Columbus Ohio establishment: As of and prior to March 21, 2012, in the Sour Cream Kitchen at the Grade A Homogenizer there was damaged two inch conduit designed to enclose the 3-phase electrical power supply contained within. Due to this condition, personnel at the operating panel/controls have an increased risk for electrocution related to this electrical shock hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used: where run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors; T. Marzetti Company - Allen Division, 1709 Frank Road, Columbus Ohio establishment: As of and prior to March 21, 2012, in the mixer area there were two electric power supply cords for mixing equipment run through the ceiling without use of junction box or other equipment to protect from abrasion and/or other damage. This poses an increased risk of electrocution for operators of this equipment.
