29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    Employees working atop of a residential roof tearing off and installing in kind approximately 8 feet above grade were not utilizing any method of fall protection.    Calucha Construction dba Calucha's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 77421 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2316 S. 4th St. Rockford, Illinois.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
