29 CFR 1910.146(c)(5)(ii)(C):     Employees entered into permit spaces that met the conditions set forth in 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(5)(i) but before an employee entered the space, the internal atmosphere was not tested with a calibrated direct-reading instrument    a) On or about March 6, 2012, employees entered tunnels for bean flow management without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.     b) On or about March 5, 2012, employees entered the dump pit to repair a sump pump without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.     c) On or about March 2, 2012, employees entered the bin tunnel under the middle bin to transfer soy beans without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.    d) On or about January 26, 2012, employees entered grain bin tunnels to clean and verify grain flow without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.      e) On or about January 25, 2012, employees entered grain bin tunnels to clean and verify grain flow without verifcation that the atmosphere was safe for entry.     f)  On or about December 15, 2011, employees entered bin tunnels for an inspection without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.     g) On or about November 30, 2011, employees entered bin tunnels to repair and check an auger without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.     h) On or about November 29, 2011, employees entered grain bin tunnels to open a grain bin without verification that the atmosphere was safe for entry.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordnce with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
