Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided. a) In the Sun Valley Resort pool mechanical/ pump room, on or about 3/21/2012 and at times prior thereto, the Munchkin boiler for melting snow was leaking onto the floor at the bottom of the stairs creating a slip hazard.
